根据《浙江工商大学关于印发全日制本科学历国际学生学籍管理办法的通知》（浙商大教【2018】417号文件）第三十四条，国际学生有下列情况之一者，应予以退学:（一）在学校规定最长学习年限内未完成学业；（二）休学期满，逾期两周未提出复学申请或未提出继续休学申请；（四）未请假离校连续两周未参加学校规定的教学活动；（五）未按学校规定缴交学杂费等。经法学院留学生教学委员会会议通过，拟对以下10名国际生作退学处理。  

According to Article 34 of the "Notice of Zhejiang Gongshang University on Printing and Distributing the Management Measures for the Student Status of International Students with Full-time Undergraduate Degree" (ZJSU教[2018] No. 417), international students who have one of the following circumstances shall be withdrawn from the university : (1) Have not completed their studies within the maximum years of study stipulated by the University; (2) Fail to apply for resumption or do not apply for continuation of the suspension for two weeks upon expiration of the suspension period; (4) Leave school for two consecutive weeks without applying for leave and failure to participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school; (5) Fail to pay tuition and miscellaneous fees as stipulated by the university. With the approval of the International Student Teaching Committee of the School of Law, the following international students are to be withdrawn.

Eight students leave school for two consecutive weeks without applying for leave and fail to participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school, fail to pay tuition and miscellaneous fees as stipulated by the university.

由于学生均在境外，目前无法联系到学生本人，特在学院网页公布两周，公示期自2022年10月25日至2022年11月7日。如对退学处理决议有异议，请于两周内向法学院留学生办公室提出书面申请。学生在申诉期内未提出书面申请，学校将视为已同意该退学处理。

Since the students are all overseas and cannot be contacted at present, the above decision will be announced on the school website for two weeks from October 25, 2022 to November 7, 2022. If students have any objection to the decision to withdraw from the university, please submit a written application to the International Students Office of School of Law within two weeks. If students fail to submit a written application within the appeal period, the school will deem that students have agreed to the withdrawal.
