A French master student in LLB in International Law Program

Are you interested in LLB in International Law Program? Or are you trying to work out where would be best for your study of a law degree?  Have a look what a French exchange student say about her experience in the LLB in International Law Program of the School of Law of Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJGSU).

Miss Kapita Germine is currently an exchange student from the Master in International Law Program of School of Law of University de Cergy-Pontoise in Paris. To her, participation in an exchange program to study courses of LLB in International Law Program of ZJGSU for two semesters is not a one-time event, but the beginning of an exchange of ideas that continues throughout her life. Taking five law courses here is an enjoying experience without cultural shock. To Miss Germine, everything on the campus and Hangzhou are now familiar; from landscape and Chinese language to food, custom, friendships of Chinese and cultural values. Hangzhou is her choice because it is one of the most beautiful cosmopolitan garden cities in China and the hometown of iconic e-commerce tycoon Mr Jack Ma. Under an exchange agreement, the academic credits of LLB in International Law Program of ZJGSU are counted as equivalent to School of Law of University de Cergy-Pontoise's standard and transferable to their master of law programs.

In order to uproot herself completely, give herself a chance to fully understand people at the grassroot level, mix with Chinese and navigate independently through Hangzhou, Miss Germine intentionally lives in downtown Hangzhou and daily travels to the ZJGSU campus by subway. Not only did such experience give her stronger friendships and unforgettable memories but it allowed her to see other parts of Hangzhou in the past eight months. According to Miss Germine, exchange to Hangzhou is not just about academic advancement, but is also a way to expose a French postgraduate law student to a new environment, meet new people from around the world, enjoy academic discussion in class, and so on.

Miss Germine will leave Hangzhou for Paris in the coming summer holiday. She will strongly advise her classmates of the School of Law of University de Cergy-Pontoise to attend LLB in International Law Program of ZJGSU in future. In fact, another law student of University de Cergy-Pontoise will come to attend our LLB in International Law Program in the coming fall term.

LLB in International Law Program always welcomes exchange students from academic institutions all over the world.
